Bradley Beal provided 27 points, six rebounds, six assists, one steal and one block. Deni Avdija supplied a 16-point, 10-rebound double-double that included four assists and one block. Daniel Gafford turned in 12 points nine boards, one assist and one steal. The Wizards will list Porzingis (illness) as questionable for Thursday’s game. Delon Wright (hamstring) will remain out. The Jazz (18-16) continue to have occasional issues with consistency, but they’ll enter Thursday’s contest with a solid 3-2 mark over their last five games. Their most recent success came Tuesday night, when they handed the Detroit Pistons a 126-111 loss. Lauri Markkanen led the Jazz with 38 points, adding five rebounds, one assist and one steal. Jordan Clarkson registered 21 points, six assists, four boards and one steal. Jarred Vanderbilt generated an 18-point, 13-rebound double-double that included six assists and two steals. Malik Beasley managed 17 points and three rebounds. Walker Kessler contributed 10 points, eight boards, one assist and two blocks. The Jazz will list Collin Sexton (hamstring) as questionable for Thursday’s contest. Kelly Olynyk (ankle) will remain out. Thursday’s game marks the second and final meeting between the teams this season. The Wizards own a 1-0 series lead.
